Description
The Sneaker Maker creates personalized GG products through drawing, illustration, painting, embroidery, and basic sewing while guiding clients through an empathetic in-store co-creation experience. The role also supports retail sales through cross-selling and up-selling, customer registration and loyalty, inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, GDPR and health and safety compliance, and the use of Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth. The position is based in London and requires English fluency, customer service or retail sales experience as a plus, artistic and hand-drawing ability, communication, empathy, teamwork, flexibility, time management, problem-solving, and at least a high school degree, preferably in design.
