Stolt-Nielsen Digital Innovation Centre is hiring an Engineering Manager – Data and AI to lead and develop a vertical engineering team focused on data and artificial intelligence. The role manages staffing, career growth, backlog prioritization, quality and productivity metrics, recruitment, onboarding, and cross-functional technology initiatives, while collaborating with architecture, DevOps, product, and leadership teams. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management or people leadership, along with expertise in data engineering, data science, analytics, cloud and DevOps, MLOps, and AI/ML technologies.
