Description
The ServiceNow APM/EA Developer will build, customize, and maintain solutions in the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture modules. Responsibilities include JavaScript and Glide API development, APM/EA workflow configuration, REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub integrations, CSDM-based CMDB modeling, troubleshooting, roadmap definition, and liaison work with IT leadership, enterprise architects, and finance. The role requires strong ServiceNow development skills, hands-on experience with workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Portal widgets, and experience developing integrations; preferred certifications include CSA, CAD, and CIS.
