The Hatch Group, Inc. is hiring an experienced Snow Loader Equipment Operator for January 25 and 26 storm events. The role involves operating and maintaining snow removal equipment, clearing snow and ice from roadways and other areas, following routes and schedules, monitoring weather, conducting equipment inspections, reporting maintenance needs, communicating with supervisors and team members, and assisting with salting and sanding. Applicants need a valid commercial driver's license with appropriate endorsements, 1–2 years of loader-truck experience, snow-removal knowledge, a DOT medical card, and front-loader snow experience; OSHA10+ is preferred. Compensation is $35–$50 per hour, with health, life, and dental insurance and a 4% 401(k) match for full-time employees.
