CSL is hiring a Snow Crew Lead to lead and supervise snow removal crews, work alongside them, and ensure client properties remain safe and accessible. The role requires a valid G license, reliable transportation, on-call availability, physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour plus guaranteed pay options during the snow season, with bi-weekly pay and potential full-time year-round employment.
