Description
DTCC is hiring a Snowflake Data Platform Operations Engineer to support the reliability, performance, availability, and operational readiness of its cloud-based Snowflake data infrastructure. The role provides first-level incident support, monitors platform health, participates in disaster recovery and operational rotation exercises, maintains runbooks and IAM services, collaborates with engineering and Snowflake teams, and uses ITSM tools. It requires three years of Snowflake platform operations or support experience, SQL and scripting skills, and familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, Linux, AWS, and ServiceNow. The position is hybrid onsite in Jersey City, New Jersey; Dallas, Texas; or Tampa, Florida.
