The role involves designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and securing production software; evaluating external and internal technical solutions; improving operational stability; leading software engineering communities of practice; and contributing to a diverse, inclusive team culture. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, agile and CI/CD knowledge, financial-services IT experience, and hands-on experience with AWS data-lake technologies and Snowflake.
