Description
The Snowmaker operates and maintains snowmaking equipment, including snow guns, air compressors, and high-pressure water systems, to produce and distribute man-made snow across mountain trails and features. The role involves monitoring weather and snow quality, setting up and disassembling equipment, performing routine maintenance, coordinating with grooming and ski patrol teams, maintaining production and equipment records, and following safety protocols. It is a physically demanding seasonal outdoor position requiring work in cold, wet, and windy conditions, often during overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
