CSL is hiring a Snowplow/Heavy Equipment Operator/Crew Lead to lead a snow-removal crew and operate snowplows and other heavy equipment during the winter season. The role pays $25–$30 per hour, offers guaranteed pay options, and is paid bi-weekly, with an opportunity for full-time year-round employment. The position starts November 15, 2026, requires a G2 license and clean driver’s abstract, snowplow or heavy-equipment experience, reliable transportation, on-call availability, physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
