Description
CSL is hiring a Snowplow/Heavy Equipment Operator/Crew Lead to lead a snow-removal team and operate snowplows and other heavy equipment. The role pays $25–$30 per hour plus guaranteed pay options, is paid bi-weekly, and offers full-time year-round employment at the end of the contract. Applicants must hold a G2 license and clean driver’s abstract, have snowplow or heavy-equipment experience, reliable transportation, mobile-phone access, availability for on-call and long peak-hour work, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
