KnowBe4 is hiring a Senior Commission Analyst for remote positions in the United States office only. The role calculates accrued and paid commissions, maintains commission plans and the commission system, develops and tests commission plans, troubleshoots system issues, validates payment reports, supports employee inquiries, and prepares expense reports and recommendations. The position requires at least two years of commission or payroll experience, strong Excel and numeracy skills, and familiarity with commission systems; SQL, Xactly Incent Commission System, Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office experience are preferred. Base pay is $80,000–$90,000, with benefits including bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and certification reimbursement.
