Description
Alight is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (ETL) to design, build, and maintain high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines across Hadoop, AWS, and serverless data architectures. The role requires 4–8 years of ETL experience, strong Big Data and Spark expertise, AWS data-stack knowledge, distributed computing skills, data orchestration, data modeling, and experience delivering complex projects in an Agile environment. The engineer will also support troubleshooting, data governance, security and compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and guidance of peers.
