KnowBe4 is hiring a Senior Director (APAC) to serve as a strategic HR leader for the Asia-Pacific region, partnering with the CHRO and global HR peers while supporting C-level executives. The role leads HR strategy, people operations, compliance, employee relations, benefits, recruitment, talent branding, risk management, and HR team development across APAC and supported global functions, while assisting with employment contracts and representing the company in legal proceedings. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of human resource leadership experience, APAC employment-law knowledge, and the ability to travel to APAC and the United States office once or twice yearly.
