Description
ASM is recruiting a Senior Field Process Engineer for its ALD/EPI/PEALD/CVD business function in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The role provides process support and troubleshooting at customer sites, develops and improves processes using ASM toolsets, manages new product penetration and installation, plans resources, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field or a Master’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience, semiconductor or capital equipment industry experience, strong stakeholder management and team-leading skills, and bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills.
