ASM is hiring a Senior Field Process Engineer to lead advanced thin-film deposition process solutions for semiconductor manufacturing customers. The role serves as a technical lead for complex customer projects, escalations, quality investigations, process and hardware development, device integration, troubleshooting, customer integration, and strategic technology roadmaps. Responsibilities include analyzing complex data, maintaining application scorecards, presenting technical documentation, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline, semiconductor process experience, strong Korean and English communication skills, leadership ability, and willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
