Description
The role supports the Engineering Director in implementing the OSS-CN business strategy by converting strategies into plans, tracking progress, resolving obstacles, analyzing data, preparing reports, coordinating cross-functional resources, identifying operational bottlenecks, and supporting management activities. It requires a science or engineering background, 2-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, strategy, or executive support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, PPT presentation ability, execution and collaboration skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
