Description
The role supports website content operations by creating pages, editing layouts, migrating documents, maintaining navigation and content roadmaps, running localized reports, handling SEO health checks and 404 errors, and deploying content changes. It requires 1–2 years of application support experience, CMS experience with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal, process-handling and English skills, and analytical troubleshooting ability.
