Description
The SOC Analyst manages and investigates security incidents escalated from Junior SOC Analysts, performs deeper analysis to assess business impact, prioritizes and classifies alerts, conducts threat hunting, improves alert policies and SOC tooling, prepares incident documentation, and mentors junior analysts. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant security or SOC experience, a bachelor's degree or higher, advanced cybersecurity and security-monitoring knowledge, basic programming or scripting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
