Description
The SOC Analyst will provide incident detection and response for Vigilant’s CyberDNA managed Network Security Monitoring service, triage and investigate alerts, monitor SIEM and logging environments, support threat containment and remediation, and write incident reports. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of cybersecurity systems, network, or information systems experience, and knowledge of security, networks, traffic analysis, log analysis, and common attack detection. The position may require nonstandard hours and after-hours on-call, and candidates may work from a Vigilant office in Cincinnati, Ohio, or remotely from a home office.
