SOC Analyst Team Supervisor at UniSystems

Uni Systems is hiring a SOC Analyst Team Supervisor for its UniQue Security & Compliance Services team within the Professional Services Department. The role leads Level 1 and Level 2 SOC analysts, coordinates shifts and workloads, oversees the complete security incident lifecycle, handles major and high-severity incidents, reviews investigation quality, manages alert fatigue, monitors SOC KPIs and SLAs, maintains procedures and playbooks, and coaches the team. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of SOC experience, at least three years leading SOC analyst teams, advanced incident-management expertise, familiarity with SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR/NDR and security monitoring domains, and strong leadership and communication skills.
