Description
Google Cloud is hiring an SoC Chip Architect to lead the architecture of high-performance custom silicon and multi-chiplet systems for AI infrastructure. The role covers SoC subsystems, interconnects, memory hierarchies, power management, security, firmware, and system software, and owns the architecture specification through concept, implementation, tape-out, and post-silicon bring-up. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent practical experience, 15 years of experience leading high-performance SoC, ASIC, or multi-chiplet architecture, and experience with system-level hardware, firmware, and software. The position is based in Tel Aviv or Haifa, Israel, and typically requires in-person interviews.
