SoC Design Engineer at Microchip - USA

Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a SoC Design Engineer in its MPU group to design and integrate complex IP and subsystems, develop RTL, perform verification planning and checks, support architecture and IP evaluations, debug, and contribute to timing, synthesis, and power analysis. The role requires SoC architecture and digital design knowledge, RTL coding in Verilog or SystemVerilog, ARM AMBA protocol knowledge, familiarity with the RTL-to-GDS-to-silicon flow, scripting, revision-control, and communication skills; ARM or RISC-V CPU-based SoC experience, C/System-C, and UVM verification are preferred. The position requires a BSEE, with MSEE preferred, and allows 0–25% travel.
