SOC Detection and Response - Engineer Cyber Security Engineer at Unisys

Unisys is hiring a home-based Cyber Security Engineer in India for a SOC Detection and Response role. The position monitors and investigates security alerts across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud, and other security platforms; performs threat hunting, incident response, vulnerability analysis, and security investigations; supports SOAR automation and MSSP collaboration; and maintains documentation and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a degree and 2–3 years of experience in a SOC, MSSP, incident response, or similar cybersecurity environment, along with knowledge of security monitoring, Windows, Linux, identity services, network security, and MITRE ATT&CK. Preferred qualifications include experience with Google SecOps, CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, SOAR, scripting, threat hunting, forensics, malware analysis, and relevant certifications.
