SoC DFT Engineer at Apple

The DFT Engineer will support the complete design and manufacturing of a high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip for Apple products. Responsibilities include developing DFT architecture and infrastructure, generating and analyzing structural test vectors, collaborating with design and verification teams on ECOs and silicon bring-up, and supporting scheduling and multi-functional engineering efforts. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant industry experience, with additional qualifications in DFT standards, Verilog or VHDL, simulation and waveform debugging, compressed ATPG, MBIST, JTAG, and STA.
