Description
Synopsys is hiring an EMIR Engineer to independently own full EMIR analysis and signoff closure for advanced semiconductor process nodes, including PDN implementation, static and dynamic signal/power EM and IR drop analysis, peak current analysis, EMIR ECO generation, and full SoC power integrity signoff. The role uses Synopsys EDA tools such as Redhawk, Redhawk-SC, PrimeRail, and PrimePower, develops automation scripts in Python, PERL, or TCL, collaborates with global teams, and contributes to design methodology and customer success. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field and 10+ years of relevant EMIR analysis and signoff experience are required.
