Description
NXP is seeking an SoC Hardware Architect to develop system-level architectures for complex SoCs across automotive, edge, and radar processing business lines. The role involves defining hardware/software partitioning, IP selection, performance and power tradeoffs, and collaboration with design and execution teams throughout the product development cycle. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar discipline and at least 15 years of relevant experience; a master's degree or PhD in a related field with 10 or more years of experience is preferred.
