Description
Microsoft is hiring a SoC Hardware Validation Engineer to join its post-silicon validation team for custom cloud compute silicon projects. The role owns functional, electrical, or power/performance validation; develops debug tools, test plans, scripts, environments, and methodologies; executes silicon validation and failure triage; and collaborates with architects, verification engineers, partners, and customers. The position requires a relevant degree and 1–2+ years of technical engineering experience, with security and export-control eligibility requirements. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 102,100–202,200 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan areas.
