Second Front Systems is hiring a SOC Manager to architect and govern cloud-native security operations, including SIEM, EDR, automated playbooks, threat intelligence, detection logic, incident response, threat hunting, and security team scaling. The role partners with engineering, product, and IT leadership to embed security controls, govern defensive infrastructure, and translate technical risk into actionable recommendations. Candidates must have at least 8 years of cyber operations, incident response, and threat intelligence experience, including 3 years leading security operations teams, along with cloud, automation, scripting, and compliance expertise. The position is full-time, offers a base salary of $205,000–$215,000, and is available in approved hiring hubs including the Washington, North Carolina, Colorado, and Texas regions.
