Description
The SoC Power Spec Engineer will model power dissipation across neural engines, CPUs, graphics, AI/ML accelerators, media IPs, caches, and fabric at the SOC and system levels. The role defines power targets and power delivery, collaborates with architecture, silicon design, system design, validation, product engineering, and power-lab teams, and correlates models with silicon data. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience; MSEE, SOC architecture and power-modeling expertise, VLSI and CMOS knowledge, scripting and data-analysis skills, and thermal-control and throttling understanding are preferred.
