Description
The role provides application support for FUJIFILM DMS internal and customer-facing file-transfer, file-distribution, platform, and legacy batch-processing applications while performing SOC security operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and triaging alerts across QRadar, WAF, IPS, SentinelOne, Varonis, Tenable, and UpGuard; reviewing vulnerabilities; managing security tickets; maintaining SOC checklists and documentation; producing daily reports; escalating critical events; and supporting process improvements and service delivery. The position requires cybersecurity fundamentals, application-support experience, relevant IT or related qualifications, and eligibility to work in the Philippines, with possible travel and on-call requirements.
