Description
The System-Level Test Product Development Engineer will create, deploy, and continuously improve system-level test programs for Apple’s next-generation SoCs and semiconductor devices from NPI through high-volume manufacturing. The role leads SLT deployment at OSATs, collaborates with hardware, firmware, software, QA, product, and factory teams, and uses Python, C++ or C#, silicon bring-up, debugging, and AI-assisted workflows to ensure robust, scalable silicon validation. A bachelor’s degree and three years of experience are required; related semiconductor test experience, factory test environments, and AI/ML exposure are preferred.
