The SoC Test Engineer will design, develop, and debug automated test programs and hardware for characterizing, qualifying, and producing semiconductor system-on-chip devices. Responsibilities include creating test plans, debugging silicon, evaluating product testability and operability, coordinating with internal and external groups, and delivering efficient test solutions for mass production. The role requires a bachelor's degree and three years of experience, with semiconductor test methodology, ATE platforms, digital VLSI SoC, programming, and manufacturing knowledge preferred. Travel is required.
