Description
The ASIC Test Engineer will develop and validate pre-silicon and post-silicon test solutions for new high-performance computing products, including ATE test modules, binning flows, test programs, and manufacturing test strategies. The role also supports product sustainment, yield and test-time improvement, failure localization, and automation of the testing lifecycle. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, four years of test engineering experience, and experience with ASIC test methodologies and ATE platforms; preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, SoC experience, and extensive test-engineering expertise.
