Apple is hiring a Thermal Engineer to design and validate cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems, including mobile devices. The role focuses on thermal analysis and design at the silicon die and semiconductor package levels, simulation and measurement, thermal modeling, reliability, and integration of cooling solutions into next-generation SoC architectures. A bachelor's degree is required, while senior-level leadership, advanced packaging, SoC design, thermal testing, and industry-standard simulation tools are preferred.
