Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in a Lead SOC role, including hands-on experience in managing security operations and leading SOC teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Information Security or relative discipline will be considered a plus.
Relevant industry certifications will be highly appreciated, such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Security+, GIAC certifications, or vendor-specific certifications related to SIEM, XDR, cloud security.
Leadership mindset with a focus on team development, accountability, and operational excellence.
Effective communicator across clients, technical teams and business stakeholders.
