The Power UPF Engineer will enhance Unified Power Format (UPF) methodologies for mobile system-on-chip (SoC) design, including power intent specification, execution, validation, and sign-off across frontend and place-and-route stages. The role involves developing tailored UPF solutions, assessing custom circuitry, troubleshooting workflow issues, and integrating AI/ML technologies to optimize power verification processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of relevant industry experience; expertise in UPF, scripting, CMOS power design, multi-voltage verification tools, RTL-to-GDSII flows, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
