SoC Verification - Director at Synopsys

Synopsys is hiring a Director - SoC Verification to lead and grow a multi-team SoC verification organization delivering customer-facing services across automotive, aerospace, defense, and high-performance computing. The role owns verification strategy, standards, signoff criteria, VIP and tool deployment, organizational planning, hiring, succession, performance management, capacity planning, technical escalations, and executive customer relationships. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics or computer engineering and at least 15 years of hands-on SoC, subsystem, or IP verification experience, including significant leadership scope, along with expert knowledge of UVM-based verification, coverage-driven closure, verification planning, and complex multi-domain debug.
