Description
Amazon Leo is hiring a SOC Verification Engineer to define and implement verification environments for digital chip system-on-chips used in low Earth orbit satellite communications. The role develops test plans, regression tests, coverage matrices, and automated triage systems; debugs pre- and post-silicon communication scenarios; and uses UVM, SystemC, DPI-C, and related technologies to verify modems, high-speed interfaces, embedded processors, and DSP solutions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least two years of UVM, C, SystemC, and scripting experience, and preferably five or more years in verification, with communication-systems experience preferred. The position is based in Irvine, San Diego, or Austin, with a base salary of $136,000 to $184,000 annually.
