Description
NVIDIA is hiring an SoC Verification Engineer to serve as Person-in-Charge for its SoC Verification team. The role owns the SoC-level verification plan, schedule, and achievement tracking from project conception through tape-out; coordinates with architects, IP owners, emulation, FPGA, and infrastructure teams; leads risk identification and mitigation; defines verification flows and methodologies; and partners with tape-out teams on sign-off criteria. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 15+ years of ASIC/SoC functional verification experience, SystemVerilog and UVM expertise, and experience with verification infrastructure. The base salary is 232,000 USD to 368,000 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until June 14, 2026.
