EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Compliance Specialist to work at EAH Corporate in Burbank, California, and support compliance at EAH Communities in Southern California and neighboring regions. The role monitors regulatory and company-policy compliance, conducts quarterly on-site reviews of projects funded by tax credits, HUD, and other sources, verifies compliance with funding rules, fair housing standards, and EAH policies, recommends corrective actions, provides consultative support to site managers, identifies compliance trends, and assists the Compliance Director. Candidates need at least two years of experience in property management or a housing regulatory agency, with multi-regional property management experience preferred and COS, CPO, or TCS certification desired. The salary range is $29.00–$46.50 per hour, with a hiring range of $29.00–$37.75 per hour for new employees.
