The Social Assistant supports children and young people with special support needs in Gerolstein, promotes their social skills and community integration, collaborates with teachers and parents, organizes leisure activities, and documents development progress. The role requires a Social Assistant, education support assistant, or comparable qualification, strong communication and social skills, flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to work in a structured two-shift system. Experience with children and young people is an advantage. The position offers an hourly wage of up to €17.65, a supportive team environment, employee discounts, bonuses, and onboarding support.
