Statkraft is hiring a Social Coordinator for the Lupi solar project to implement community relations and social management plans, manage local employment and supplier programs, handle grievances and socio-environmental conflicts, maintain stakeholder dialogue, oversee social investment projects, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities. The role requires higher education in a relevant field, negotiation and conflict-management skills, knowledge of human rights and indigenous populations, and seven years of social-management experience. It is a temporary contract with a 14x7 schedule in Moquegua, with medical insurance, life insurance, SCTR, time-off, and bonuses.
