Devoteam is hiring an interim/change manager to lead a team or department within the societal domain for a large municipality or government organization. The role manages and coaches staff, drives changes in working methods, processes, and IT environments, and implements redesigned processes. It requires a university degree, change-management and leadership experience, IT and process-optimization knowledge, Agile/Scrum and SAFe certification, strong Dutch proficiency, and preferably experience in local or semi-government work and the WMO, Youth Care, or Participation Act.
