BFB e.V. is hiring a Social Educator to provide social and educational support and counseling to participants, including application training, job-market access, qualification development, job placement, motivation, dropout prevention, networking, documentation, and possibly teaching units. The role requires a degree in Social Work or comparable officially recognized qualification, at least three years of professional experience in adult education or work with unemployed young people and adults, counseling and interview skills, organizational and teamwork abilities, empathy, and Microsoft Office skills.
