Regenbogen Wohnen gGmbH is hiring a part-time Social Educator for a small residential facility in Ingolstadt. The role provides individual support and counseling for clients, promotes practical life skills, manages crisis intervention, maintains professional documentation, and implements the facility’s service agreement and mission. A completed degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification is required; experience with people with mental illnesses is a plus but not required, and career starters are welcome. The position offers TVöD/SuE S12 remuneration, training, allowances, vacation pay, retirement provision, and a Deutschlandticket subsidy.
