Ability to self-manage, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Some experience with filming BTS style content
A proactive mindset with an eye for "capture-the-moment" opportunities.
Comfortable working on-site with the founder as needed (events, shoots, travel, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail & highly organized
