Avocadostore is hiring a Social Media Manager to develop and execute organic social-media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook; plan editorial calendars and content; research sustainability topics; produce and edit video; coordinate cross-channel campaigns; analyze performance; manage community and creator partnerships; support brand communication; and create graphics and video assets. The role requires social-media content creation, storytelling, video production, data analysis, Canva and CapCut, sustainability communication, and strong German skills. It is based between Rödingsmarkt and HafenCity with hybrid work and flexible scheduling.
