Permacon GmbH is hiring a full-time Social Pedagogical Assistant to support educators in the care, education, and upbringing of children. The role includes helping plan and implement educational programs, supporting children’s daily routines, promoting social skills, assisting children with special care needs, maintaining hygiene and health standards, and participating in professional development. Candidates need completed training as an Educator or Social Pedagogical Assistant or a comparable qualification; nursery or early childhood experience is advantageous but career starters are welcome. The position offers an open-ended contract, a monthly salary of €2,500–€3,700, a €300 start bonus, flexible hours, and additional benefits.
