The Beschäftigungs- und Qualifizierungsgesellschaft Werkhof gem. GmbH is hiring a Social Pedagogical Specialist in Hagen or Iserlohn for an initially fixed-term position of at least 25 and up to 38.5 hours per week. The role supports participants in SGB II and SGB III labor-market programs, coordinates program processes, advises on employment and placement vouchers, provides individual coaching, maintains participant documentation, and develops projects and networks. Applicants need a degree in social pedagogy, social work, special needs education, rehabilitation, or special education, along with communication, planning, organizational, and MS Office skills; professional experience and AVGS-related experience are desirable.
