The Youth Art School Herne e. V. is hiring a Social Educator / Social Work Specialist for its “Learning Place” project. The role supports young people through individualized, low-threshold educational work, provides social-educational counselling, helps adolescents return to school, supports families in crisis situations, develops the Learning Place concept, and plans cultural-educational offerings. The position requires a relevant university degree, several years of youth-welfare experience, project-planning experience, and a valid driver’s license. It offers permanent employment under the TV-L collective agreement, pay grade EG 10, vacation, and further training opportunities.
